Privacy policy
This website collects very little about you. This page explains what it collects, why, who else handles it and how to reach us about it.
Who we are
This website is run by Aurico. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Aurico. You can contact us about privacy at any time at paul@aurico.io.
What we collect
Apart from the standard server logs described below, we only collect personal information you choose to give us:
- If you request a briefing, we collect your name, work email, organisation and message, plus your role and industry if you give them.
- If you email us, we collect whatever is in your email.
The site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, arrange and run a briefing, and keep in touch about it. We do not sell your information, rent it or add you to a marketing list.
Who else handles it
- Formspree receives briefing requests sent through the form and emails them to us. Formspree is based in the United States, so your request is processed there. Its handling is covered by Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface the site uses. Your browser fetches the font files from Google, which sees your IP address and browser details in the process.
- Our web host keeps standard server logs. These record your IP address, browser and the pages requested, and are used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not otherwise share your information unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and our correspondence for as long as we are talking with you or working together, and then delete it unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email paul@aurico.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you are concerned about how we have handled your information, email us first and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
