Operational Intelligence Platform for ANZ enterprises

Your systems hold the data. Aurico holds the picture.

Your organisation operates as one interconnected world, but its software sees that world in fragments. Aurico keeps it as one living model, so your people and your AI can see what is happening, predict what happens next and decide what to do.

An operations director asks
“Show me all haul trucks on Route 7 that have exceeded their 500-hour service interval, are assigned to the North Pit shift starting next Monday, and whose route passes through the riparian buffer zone flagged in last quarter’s environmental audit.”

Why Aurico

Connected data is not enough.

Organisations now need connected operational understanding. That is the category Aurico is built for: not a better dashboard or another AI model, but a persistent computational model of the operational world.

Where each kind of enterprise software is focused

  • Systems of record

    ERP and CRM

    Built around
    Transactions, resources, customers and workflows
    Leaves you with
    Operational context scattered across applications
  • Data platforms and analytics

    Warehouses, lakes, BI

    Built around
Storing, integrating, querying and analysing data
    Leaves you with
The same changing assets, people and events reconstructed for every question
  • Process, digital twin and AI platforms

    Workflow, twins, domain AI

    Built around
Workflows, asset representations or one domain’s intelligence
    Leaves you with
Identity, context and computation that do not carry across domains
  • Aurico

    Operational Intelligence

    Built around
A persistent model of the operational world, with distributed in-memory computation across it
    Gives you
One shared context across objects, relationships, state, space, time and change, reused for every question

What that gives you

Four things that follow from one shared model.

  1. Context is kept, not rebuilt.

Questions start from a model that is already connected, not from a fresh round of exports reconciled by hand.

  2. One identity for every real thing.

A haul truck is the same object in GPS, maintenance, rostering and environmental systems, with its location, state and history.

Watch it answer one question ↓
  3. One model, many problems.

The same operational model is reused problem after problem, not rebuilt as a new integration project each time.

  4. AI is an interface, not the system.

The language model can be swapped without rebuilding the model of your business underneath it.

Convergent query

One question. Four systems. One pass.

Each condition in the operations director’s question lives in a different system. Aurico holds every truck as one identity across all of them.

Answered in a single query pass across maintenance, rostering, spatial and compliance data, not four exports reconciled by hand.

The problem

The problem is no longer access to data. It is operational understanding.

Enterprise technology has become increasingly sophisticated. Yet most systems understand one part of an organisation, and few understand the organisation as an interconnected system.

  • ERPmanages enterprise resources
  • CRMmanages customer relationships
  • BIM, Revit and CADrepresent designs and physical assets
  • GISprovides spatial context
  • Finance and procurementtrack commitments
  • Sensors and telemetrycapture changing conditions
  • Project systemsmanage projects
  • Investment systemsmanage portfolios
  • Data warehousesaggregate data
  • Business intelligencevisualises it
  • AIincreasingly interrogates it

Management teams are still left to work out what is actually happening, why it is happening, what else it affects, what is likely to happen next, and what to do about it.

That gap between data and action is what Aurico closes.

How it works

It does not replace your systems. It connects them.

Aurico sits above and across your existing technology. Your ERP, CRM, project, investment and asset systems stay exactly where they are. Aurico models the relationships between them to build a continuously evolving model of how the organisation actually operates.

  1. Connect systems

Bring together enterprise, engineering, operational and external data.

  2. Build the world model

Create and continuously update a persistent computational model of the operational world.

  3. Understand relationships

Reveal how people, assets, projects, processes and decisions are connected.

  4. Simulate consequences

Test scenarios, disruptions and alternative courses of action before committing to one.

  5. Optimise decisions

Evaluate alternatives against objectives, constraints and risk.

  6. Decide

Support the decision with clear options, their impacts and recommended actions.

  7. Act

Carry approved actions through connected systems, workflows and operations, where appropriate and governed.

  8. Learn

Incorporate outcomes, monitor performance and feed what happened back into the model.

Learn feeds back into Connect: real-world change improves future outcomes. The model grows richer with every cycle, and people stay in charge of the decisions it supports.

Questions that get harder, and more valuable.

  1. What happened?
  2. Why did it happen?
  3. What changed?
  4. What else does that change affect?
  5. What is likely to happen next?
  6. What options are available?
  7. What action should be taken?
  8. What happened because we took that action?

The aim is to move enterprise technology from a system of record to a System of Operational Intelligence.

The platform

A model of operations, not another data silo.

The challenge is not simply that enterprise systems are disconnected. It is that the operational world they describe together is not consistently modelled, maintained and computed across the organisation.

  1. Explore · interrogate · understand · act

    Visualisation and Digital Twins

Dashboards, tables and charts. GIS and maps. BIM, Revit and CAD views, 3D models, point clouds, imagery, video and digital-twin experiences. Every view connects back to the objects, relationships and computations underneath it, not to a disconnected picture.

  2. Identity · relationships · state · space · time · events · change

    Object Model Graph OMG

Keeps a persistent identity for every real-world and enterprise object, with its relationships, operational state, location, events and change over time. Systems, assets, projects, people, documents and external context meet in one reusable operational model.

  3. Distributed in-memory computation · algorithms · analytics

    Data Processing Engine DPE

Computes across the connected model in memory. It is the foundation for analytics, scenario evaluation, simulation, prediction, optimisation and decision support.

  4. Enterprise systems · physical assets · projects · people · documents · external data

Your systems and the real world

ERP, CRM, finance, procurement, contracts, documents and spreadsheets. BIM, Revit, CAD and GIS. LiDAR, point clouds, photogrammetry, satellite and drone imagery, and video. IoT, SCADA, telemetry, GPS and time-series data. They stay where they are and inform the model.

The layers work as one. Your systems inform the model, the engine computes across it, and the views let people understand, test and act on the result. Operational context is kept and reused, not rebuilt for every question.

Applications are views, not products: query, workflow, analytics, visualisation and AI agents all look at the same model. No representation is privileged: tables, documents, sensor streams, maps and images all describe the same real-world things.

Where it works

One architecture. Three environments.

Different data, different industries, different problems, on the same platform. What changes by industry is the model, the terminology, the relationships and the integrations above it. Each industry gets an accelerator: pre-configured objects and models, industry integrations, workflows and operating views, and an implementation playbook for faster, lower-cost deployment.

Mining and critical minerals

Aurico Mining Intelligence Accelerator

Geology and exploration, spatial and GIS, resource modelling, operations and processing, supply chain and offtake. One connected model from development through operations to mine-to-market.

“If we lose Processing Plant B to a 10-day outage, which downstream commitments are at risk, which alternative processing paths exist, and what is the estimated throughput impact?”

The answer is structured and traceable, grounded in the model of the operation rather than a text search over documents.

What it aims to improve

  • Better geological and resource decisions
  • Reduced exploration risk
  • Greater operational visibility
  • Improved capital allocation
  • Faster time to value

Construction and property development

Aurico Project Intelligence Accelerator

Design, BIM, program, procurement, contracts, cost and site events in one project-state model, from one project to the next.

“Which delayed work packages are owned by contractors who also have unresolved RFIs?”

No single project system can answer it, because each holds its own record of the same project, contractor and milestone.

What it aims to improve

  • Schedule and cost visibility
  • Earlier risk identification
  • Contractor and resource coordination
  • Delivery certainty
  • Commercial outcomes

Boutique investment management

Aurico Investment Management Accelerator

Investors and relationships, fundraising and distribution, portfolio information, market and external data, connected for fundraising and portfolio decisions.

“Which investors have the highest probability of committing within the next 90 days, considering engagement history, strategy fit, relationship strength, current pipeline activity and market conditions?”

Structured, relational, graph, semantic and probabilistic information, evaluated together.

What it aims to improve

  • Investor pipeline quality
  • Relationship intelligence
  • Conversion outcomes
  • Capital allocation
  • Fundraising and distribution effectiveness

These are the environments where Aurico proves the model first. They are not the limits of the technology: the same approach applies wherever an organisation runs across many interconnected systems, assets, projects and people, from infrastructure to transport.

Case studies

The same engine, in other operations.

Ports, rail networks, city roads and campuses share the same problem: many systems, each describing part of the same objects, places and events. In each case Aurico connects those systems rather than replacing them.

Container and bulk terminal digitalisation

A unified spatial-temporal and operational coordination foundation for terminal operations.

The problem
Terminal operating, equipment control, gate, yard, video and vehicle systems each do their own job. The live relationships between vessels, berths, cargo, equipment, vehicles and work tasks stay fragmented, so dispatchers switch between systems to see the whole terminal.
What Aurico does
Integrates the existing systems without changing their responsibilities. Vessels, berths, cargo-handling equipment, yards, cargo, vehicles, gates and work tasks become unified digital objects, each with its location, real-time and historical status, and its relationships to the others.
What it makes possible
Dispatchers see the equipment and vehicles behind a task, or work back from a machine to its current and next task. History shows bottlenecks, equipment and vehicle waiting time, and yard congestion.

Rail safety, security and spatial intelligence

One spatiotemporal foundation connecting people, vehicles, infrastructure, assets and incidents across a rail network.

The problem
CCTV, access control, number-plate recognition, staff, incident, asset and operational systems each hold part of the picture, with different structures and identifiers. Many safety and security questions cannot be answered by any one of them.
What Aurico does
Lines, stations, platforms, entrances, facilities and equipment form one spatial object model. People, vehicles and incidents are linked to it across systems by common identifiers, place and time, and their movements are kept as trajectories.
What it makes possible
Who was where, when an incident occurred, what was nearby, how objects were connected, what happened previously, and what areas or assets may be affected, all investigated within one environment.

Traffic flow simulation and dynamic traffic management

Realistic traffic simulation, dynamic prediction and transport decision support.

The problem
Traffic simulation usually runs on a flat road network. On it, an overpass and an underpass can cross on the map with no turn between them, and tunnels, ramps and interchanges sit at different levels.
What Aurico does
Keeps the road network as the topology and adds elevation, gradient and level from 3D models of roads, terrain, bridges and tunnels. Historical traffic data calibrates vehicle behaviour, and city-wide flow prediction is combined with vehicle-level simulation at key junctions, tunnels and event areas.
What it makes possible
Live camera, vehicle and navigation data feed minute-level prediction: where might queues form in the next few minutes, and along which routes could congestion propagate? Closures, diversions and event plans can be tested before they happen.

Proposed application

Digital and intelligent campus

A unified spatial-temporal intelligence foundation connecting people, buildings, teaching activities, facilities, assets and events across campus operations.

The problem
Academic administration, timetabling, campus cards, access control, CCTV, BIM, GIS, facilities and energy systems each manage part of the campus, with different identifiers and structures. A question about classroom utilisation or safety may need teaching, access, video, equipment and building records considered together.
What Aurico does
Represents buildings, floors, rooms, people, courses, equipment and events as persistent objects with identity, location, relationships, state and time. The Object Model Graph associates each source system's records with those objects, and the Data Processing Engine computes over the connected information. Maps, BIM and 3D models become a way into the objects, not the data model itself.
What it makes possible
Who or what is where, what is happening, how campus objects are connected and what changed over time, in one environment. Better evidence for space allocation, maintenance priorities and energy decisions, and potentially faster context when an incident needs a response, with role-based permissions and human review over personal information.

Each case is described by capability. Client names and locations are not published.

See clearly. Act decisively.

Intelligence only creates value when it becomes action. Aurico helps organisations understand reality, anticipate change, and act with confidence.
